How long does shipping take?
We know you’re excited to receive your box. Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 3–5 business days for domestic orders.
How can I track my box?
As soon as your Festive Littles box hits the road, we will email you a tracking number so you can follow its journey.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within the Continental United States. Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
What are the holiday shipping deadlines?

What is your return policy?
We want you to be completely happy! We accept returns of unused and unopened boxes within 30 days of delivery. Please note that because some of our boxes are seasonal, holiday-themed boxes must be returned before the holiday date to be eligible for a full refund.
Can I return a box if I’ve opened it?
To be eligible for a return, the box must be in its original condition and packaging, and all individual toy seals must be intact. Due to the curated nature of our boxes, we cannot accept returns for individual items from within a box.
What if an item arrives damaged?
Oh no! While we personally hand-check and inspect every single item before it is carefully placed in your box, we know that sometimes things can happen during the shipping process.
If any part of your Festive Littles experience arrives broken or defective, please email us at returns@festivelittles.com within 7 days with a photo of the damage. We’ll make it right with a replacement or partial refund.
Who pays for return shipping?
